About Me

Author. Intuitive Guide. Seeker of the Quiet Truth.

I’m Lyndsay, an author, intuitive guide, and student of life.

My path hasn’t been simple. It’s been one of unravelling, of learning how to breathe again, how to soften, and how to trust the gentle wisdom that lives beneath the noise.

For years, I searched for peace outside of myself. In perfection, in productivity, in trying to please. But true healing began when I stopped striving and started listening to my body, to my breath, and to the still, steady love that had been waiting all along.

Through my writing, I help others come home to themselves, one breath, one story, one soft realisation at a time. My writing combines lived experience with spiritual insight and gentle awareness of the nervous system, bridging the space between the soul and science.

Benji, my loyal four-legged companion, became one of my greatest teachers, showing me how presence, play, and unconditional love are the truest forms of mastery.

Healing isn’t about becoming someone new. It’s about remembering who you already are. I believe every person carries an innate wisdom, and that, when we slow down enough to listen, our lives begin to guide us home. We need to pay attention to those inner voices, gut feelings, and synchronicities. They are all screaming at us to be still and listen.

May my words and teachings serve as a gentle reminder that you are already enough

The Creative Flow that Rescued Me

In my debut book, 'The Way of the Dog', I discuss the lost art of play and how we constantly strive for perfection through productivity and output.

During my healing journey, I learnt that because of life's trials and tribulations, I had lost the ability to express through joy.

Drawing became my refuge; it helped ground me in the present moment, muting the incessant clamour of negative thoughts that often plagued my mind. As I poured my emotions onto the page, each stroke of the pencil seemed to build my confidence, reinvigorate my belief in my creative abilities, and foster a sense of tranquillity I desperately needed

Ultimately, how you are creative doesn't matter; the feeling does. It’s not essential that you have the best singing voice or can deliver the best dance moves; all that matters is that you engage in the creative process. Sing along to the radio regardless and dance around your kitchen like your life depends on it. I assure you, the feelings you will receive are so powerful.

Here you will find some of the pieces I created during my healing journey.
